Yshmer is a typical dish of the Albania South area and usually cooked for Easter. It is a very tasteful dish. It can cooked in two versions, sweet and salty. We have prepared the sweet version, but if you like more the salty one, you can just not add the sugar, and add a little salt pursuant to your desire.
