This is a version of chocolate mousse and is a light dessert because it does not contain any milk cream. This dessert is very easy and fast to make, and most of all it is very delicious.
Chocolate Mousse Recipe
- 6 egg whites
- 200 gr of dark black chocolate
- a little salt
- We chop the dark chocolate into tiny little pieces and then melt it in bain-marie. We let it to cool slightly. Meanwhile that the melted chocolate is cooling, we put the egg whites in big glass bowl, add a little salt, and we beat them with an electric mixer until we have a white mousse.
- We mix the white mousse with the melted chocolate and we stir the mixture carefully with a wooden spoon. We stir slowly, always stirring from bottom to top, until the chocolate is completely mixed with the egg whites. Using a little spoon, we fill the glass cups with the prepared mousse and we put them in the fridge for several hours. When we serve the cups, we can decorate them as we desire.
