A simply and easy cake when you want something sweet but unfussy. Just seven ingredients and 25 minutes are all you need for this cake recipe. It will taste like you spent hours making it!
Ingredients Kek (Revani)
- 8 eggs
- 150 ml yogurt
- 150 gr white sugar
- 300 gr all-purpose flour
- 3/4 baking powder
- 1 spoon cacao
- 2 spoons butter
- 3/4 lemon zest
In a medium bowl beat eggs and then add yogurt, then stir together.
Add the white sugar with some lemon zest and stir again gently.
Combine flour, baking powder and cacao together, adding to the creamed mixture and mix well.
Bake in a preheat oven at 350°F until a toothpick or small skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
Let it cool completely and then server with some icing sugar on top.
